- Using The Rich Morning Show : This section deals with questions about using The Rich Morning Show (when shows are sent, WorkBook, level, personalization etc.).

- Sending/Receiving E-mails : This is where you'll find answers to your questions about sending and receiving your GymGlish lessons (problem with the 'send' button, GymGlish lessons in spam folder, the check-up system, etc.).
